Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, and bananas. Combine well. In another bowl, combine flour, salt, and baking soda. Add to creamed mixture. Add vanilla. Mix to just combined. Do NOT overmix. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake for 55 min.
