Directions
Warm milk to around 110 degrees by placing in the microwave for 45 seconds. Pour into bowl of stand mixture. Sprinkle yeast on top of milk. Add sugar eggs and melted butter. Mix until well combined. Stir in flour and salt with a wooden spoon until dough begins to form. Place dough hook on mixer and knead dough on medium for 8 minutes. Transfer dough to a well-oiled bowl, cover with plastic and allow to rise for 1 hour in oven on dough setting. Transfer dough to a well floured surface and roll into a 14x9 rectangle. Spread softened butter over dough. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon and spread, then rub into, the butter. Roll up and cut into 1” sections. Place into a greased pan, cover with plastic and let rise in oven again for 45 min. Bake @ 350 degrees for 15-18 minutes. Let cool for 5-10 minutes before frosting. To make frosting: Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla. Beat until smooth and fluffy. Spread over cinnamon rolls and serve. to Freeze - after rolled up, freeze in a pan covered well. Thaw in fridge overnight. to make overnight - put in fridge after rolling Then put in a warm spot for 30-60 min before baking to activate the second rise.
