Directions
Beat eggs in bowl, add milk, salt, pepper and broken up bread. Beat until bread is dissolved. Add onion, beef and cheese until mixed well. Pack into loaf pan. Combine brown sugar, ketchup and mustard. Spread ½ of mixture over loaf. Bake at 350° F for 1 hour. Put remaining mixture over loaf and continue to bake for another 10 min.
