Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix dry ingredients with a wisk. Cream sugars, shortening, and vanilla. Add eggs one at a time. Beat well. Add chips. Add dry mix gradually. Drop by spoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
