Directions
In a measuring cup, put egg yolks and vinegar, then fill with water to make 1 cup - stir with fork. Mix flour, shortening and salt together with pastry cutter and then hands so when squeezed it stays together. Add egg mixture and mix well. Roll out into pie plates. Makes 3-4 Pie crusts Cost - approx $2 per pie or $0.10 per tart
