Cream butter. Gradually add sugar. Beat egg and add. Add milk and vanilla. Cream well. Mix flour, baking powder, and salt together. Add to first mixture. Chill. Roll out on well floured surface to ⅛ inch Bake at 350°F for 8 to 10 minutes.
