Directions
Coat beef with flour, set aside. In skillet heat oil and butter. Saute beef until browned. Stir in broth and cook until mixture thickens. Stir in mushrooms, garlic, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce, simmer 15 min. Cook noodles according to package directions. Stir sour cream into beef mixture and heat through.
