Directions
Preheat oven to 425°F. Roll out pastry and fit carefully into greased tart tins. Set aside. Boil brown sugar and corn syrup for 2 minutes. Add butter, vanilla and salt. Beat eggs and add syrup to eggs. Fill tarts 2/3 full and bake for 7 minutes and then turn off oven. Remove from oven when crust forms, approx 20 min.
