Fortune Cookies

Directions

1. Stir dry ingredients together in bowl.
2. Add remaining ingredients. Beat until smooth. Drop level teaspoonfuls onto greased baking sheet leaving a lot of room for expansion.
3. Bake in 300°F oven for 12 to 15 minutes. Fold immediately using tea towel to protect hands from heat. Fold top edges together. Insert fortune on bottom. Have bottom well ballooned apart. Press cookie over thin object such as side of thin saucepan. Place in muffin tin to ensure they will hold their shape as they cool.
4. Makes 3 ½ dozen.
