German Buns

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 300°F
2. Mix the first set of ingredients.
3. Then add baking soda and cream of tartar.
4. In a separate bowl, mix the filling ingredients.
5. Roll out your buns and spread on the filling.
6. Starting with the long edge, roll up and cut into pcs (like cinnamon rolls).
7. Bake at 300°F then reduce to 275°F
