Directions

  1. Heat oven to 375°F.
  2. Mix sugar, butter, eggs and honey. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  3. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake until light brown, 8 to 10 minutes. Immediately remove from cookie sheet.
  4. Plain - Makes 35 cookies.
  5. Raisin - makes 39 cookies
  6. Toffee chip - makes 41
