Directions

  1. Melt butter in a saucepan and stir in crumbs. Press into 9”x9” springform pan and bake at 350°F for 10 minutes.
  2. Beat cream cheese and sugar together well.
  3. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.
  4. Mix in remaining ingredients.
  5. Pour over crust. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour or until firm.
  6. Chill and garnish with whipping cream. Sprinkle a bit of nutmeg or ginger on the whipped cream if desired.
